Best Views – The main reason you want to spend time on a rooftop is to enjoy a spectacular view, right? These three choices are all view-focused, giving you the most breath-taking views of D.C. Our favorite of this category is The Delegate just because it is the most budget friendly.

Most Interesting/ Best Décor – Can you say Instagram-worthy? These three DMV rooftops are just so pretty. I wouldn’t mind dressing up and enjoying a pretty cocktail on a gorgeous day at a beautifully decorated venue taking in a magical view!
